  • When making a booking we will ask you to pay a 20% deposit. Then anytime between a month prior to wedding to a week after the wedding day you will need to pay the remaining of the balance of the package.

  • There are two of us, so yes, we can (and often do, for example during the ceremony) take both photos and video simultaneously. Both of us can switch between photo or video, so even when we are separated (for example during the morning prep, when one is with the bride and the other is with the groom), we can both still capture photo and video on each side, simply switching between photo and video every few minutes.

  • We will do our very best to reschedule your booking for the new date. There will be no extra charges.

  • Yes, we are fully covered. £10 million liability insurance cover. We also have PAT certification for all our electrical gear.

  • There are no hidden charges. If you are happy with what’s included in the package, the price of the package is the price you will pay. If you want to order additional products, not included in the package – we will always give you a clear indication of the cost in advance.

  • Absolutely. We would love to meet you both before you book, or at any other time.

  • Yes, we have a drone and we’re both CAA licensed to Fly&Operate in the UK. We use it for both photos and videos. Some venues are fussy about drones, so if aerial footage is important for you, please let us know and we will work with your venue on this.
